A strong core is fundamental to a strong body, it is a dancer’s powerhouse but it is also essential for everyday life. A strong core has so many wide ranging benefits- from improving posture and stabilising your lower back (thereby minimising lower back pain) to enhancing balance, stability and flexibility. Our Ballet Core class focusses on mat-based exercises, perfect for the home space, with the emphasis on correct muscle engagement.  ​ This program gives access to an extensive online library of pre-recorded core conditioning classes and to weekly live online classes on Zoom (during term time).
